Hong Kong Rehabilitation A&E Association Ltd. is a non-governmental organization established in 2005 by a group of experienced social workers and rehabilitants.

Our organization upholds our mission in promoting care and support for the people under rehabilitation. We advocate rehabilitation service through social enterprise operation, volunteer education, holistic support to people under rehabilitation, ethnic minorities service, rehabus service as well as rehabilitation equipment recycling and rehabilitation product donation.

On top of that, we advocate people under rehabilitation to strive for fair legal rights since everybody is equal before the law, we set up a platform for people under rehabilitation to seek for legal advice by inviting experienced lawyers in providing voluntary legal consultation. We promote social integration by conducting cross-professional sharing and communication,
in order to initiate rehabilitants to voice out their views and needs inside the community.
